Designed and manufactured in France since 1989, Matrelec welders offer versatile, reliable and high performance welders at a competitive price.

HF welding is widely used with technical textiles for welding truck tarpaulins, water tanks and dam liners, swimming pool covers and liners, shade structures, café curtains and tension membranes. Other jobs which are ideal for HF welding include inflatable products such as mattresses, life jackets, air bags, inflatable dinghies and survival products.

Travelling

Higher power welders can be fitted with long transfer tables either side or one or more welders can travel over a table for working with truck side curtains, roller doors, shade structures and other PVC work.

Dedicated

Q welders with 8-12kW power, fitted with a transfer table for reduced cycle times are the first step in more automated welding of products from PVC to medical and packaging.

Powerful

The CP welders have 1500mm behind the electrode for rolling large products and 10-15kW of power for big jobs. CP welders can be configured for front or side operation and have air-cooled electrodes for consistent welds.

Complete Control Across the Entire Workflow

Built in-house to run Aeronaut cutting systems, this software is shaped by decades of hands-on production experience and not retrofitted from general CAD platforms.

The result is a more efficient workflow with less complexity and reduced material waste.

With World Class Support

With in-house development and decades of production experience, Aeronaut provides software support that goes beyond troubleshooting, helping optimise workflows, improve efficiency and maintain consistent results.

Control

Comprehensive Operator Training on software

Structured, hands-on training equips operators with the skills to maximise performance, accuracy and productivity from day one.

Made to Measure Machines

Advice on workflow improvements

Support isn’t limited to “how the software works”. It includes guidance on Nesting efficiency, Workflow improvements, Material handling and more.

Continuous updates and improvements

Get updates to software to improve performance, add features and maintain compatibility with evolving systems. This means your software stays relevant and efficient over time, not outdated.

With the Aeronaut cutter performing three times faster than hand cutting, the company had to put on two extra full-time machinists, as well as one casual, to keep up.
